Experience: I began my career in the fire protection industry in 1987 as a shop hand for Grinnell Fire Protection. Two years later, I joined the union and began the apprenticeship program, working my way up to service foreman. In 2005, I made the leap into sales for Western States Fire Protection, getting promoted to Inspections Manager in 2007 and head of the Dallas branch in 2009. Finally, in 2013, I was blessed with the opportunity to take the next step when Joe and I opened Diamondback Fire Protection, LLC. I couldn’t be prouder of our team and the customer base we have built.

Experience: I began my career in the fire protection industry in 2005 as a purchasing agent and quickly realized that I had found my work home. Soon I took on project management duties, service design and inspections. In 2013, Joel and I opened Diamondback Fire Protection, LLC, and we’ve never looked back. I feel fortunate to work with the best fire protection team in the industry on a daily basis.
