Meet the Team
Key Focus: Providing our customers with excellent service and quality performance in a timely manner.
Experience: I started my career in the fire protection industry as an apprentice in 1998. I worked my way up to service technician foreman from 2000-2011, obtained my RME-I license in 2011 and worked as an inspector until 2013. I then joined Diamondback Fire Protection as Operations Manager, overseeing day to day operations, sales, estimating, system layouts and scheduling.
Special Skill: Remaining calm under pressure.
Service & Inspections Manager
Key Focus: Leadership of the Inspections and Service team, helping to ensure our customers get the very best experience we can offer.
Experience: I have 21 years of experience in the installation, service and inspections of fire protection systems. In 1998 after serving honorably in the US Army 1992-1998, I started working as an install helper for a fire alarm company. I quickly progressed taking and passing the fire alarm license test after only 6 months. Fast forward to today and I have worked, lead and managed at some of the highest levels in our industry and I am proud to be apart of the Diamondback Fire Protection team. I look forward to what we can accomplish here in the future to come.
Special Skill: I am an avid sporting clay shooter and bird/hog hunter.
Key Focus: Running the day-to-day office operations, with a hand in all aspects of the company including contract, remodel, service and inspections.
Experience: I started my career in the construction industry in 2004. I have experience on both the general contractor and subcontractor sides of the business, and have worked for one of the largest privately held construction firms in the nation. I have been Diamondback’s office manager since 2015, while simultaneously earning my bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
Special Skill: My determination and ability to commit to something I feel passionate about.
Key Focus: Keeping our scheduling and inspection systems running smoothly.
Experience: I have more than four years’ experience in various customer service and management roles, making sure systems remain fully operational and customers are satisfied.
Special Skill: I’m also a creative make-up artist.
